Delivery Policy

• Digital Portraits: Your custom digital portrait will be delivered to your email within 3–5 business days. For urgent requests, please select our expedited service at checkout.
  
• Printed Products (Add-ons): If you choose add-ons such as printed portraits, canvases, mugs, or other items, please allow additional production and shipping time. Delivery times vary based on destination and shipping method selected at checkout.
  

Please ensure you provide the correct email and shipping address at the time of order to avoid delays.

Return & Revision Policy

• Digital Portraits: As each portrait is a unique, custom-made digital product, all sales are final and non-refundable. If your final artwork does not meet your expectations, we will provide unlimited revisions until you are completely satisfied, at no extra cost.
  
• Printed Products (Add-ons): Because printed items are custom-made, all sales are final and non-refundable. Replacements will only be provided in the event of damage or manufacturing defects, and photographic proof will be required within 7 days of delivery.

Delay & Refund Policy

• We work hard to meet our estimated delivery times, but please note that production and shipping times are estimates, not guarantees.
• No refunds will be issued for delivery delays outside our control (including courier delays, customs, or unforeseen circumstances).
• Your digital portrait will always be delivered within the promised time frame, regardless of physical product delays.

Chargeback Policy

All of our products, both digital portraits and printed add-ons, are custom-made and therefore non-refundable once delivered or produced.

To protect our business, we maintain full records of orders, delivery confirmations, revision history, and shipping details (where applicable). By purchasing from us, you agree that any chargebacks or payment disputes filed after fulfillment will be contested with documented proof of services rendered and delivery completed.
