At Pinup Portrait, every artwork and printed item is created with care and attention to detail. Because our products are custom-made, all sales are final. We do, however, offer unlimited revisions for digital portraits and replacements for defective print items to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Eligibility for Refund

  • Digital Portraits: As each portrait is a unique, custom-made digital product, all sales are final and non-refundable. If your final artwork does not meet your expectations, we provide unlimited revisions until you are completely satisfied, at no extra cost.
  • Printed Products (Add-ons): For printed portraits, canvases, mugs, and other physical items, replacements will only be provided if the item is defective, damaged, or misprinted. Photographic proof must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Eligible Items

  • Digital portraits cannot be refunded once delivered.
  • Printed products that are not defective, damaged, or misprinted are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
  • Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or are not in their original condition cannot be returned.

Process for Requesting a Refund

To request a replacement for a defective or damaged printed product, please email us at info@pinupportrait.com with the following information:

  • Order Number: Provide your order number for reference.
  • Description of Issue: Include a detailed description of the issue.
  • Photos: Attach clear photos showing the defective or damaged area of the item.

Review Process

Our customer service team will review your request within 2 business days.

Approval and Refund

  • If your replacement request is approved, a new product will be sent at no extra cost.
  • Refunds are not issued under any circumstances due to the custom-made nature of our products.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect due to our error.

Chargeback Policy

  • All of our products — both digital portraits and printed add-ons — are custom-made and therefore non-refundable once delivered or produced.
  • We maintain full records of orders, digital deliveries, revisions, and shipping confirmations where applicable. Any chargebacks or payment disputes filed after fulfillment will be contested with documented proof of services rendered and delivery completed.
